Social and cultural Environmental Elements

The actual social and cultural environment consists of the attitudes, desires, anticipation, beliefs, degrees of intelligence as well as education and customs of individuals in a given team or society.
Human resource managers of numerous enterprises have been belittled for not being attentive to the social attitudes, values and values of specific individuals, groups or communities. But attitudes and values for instance, differ among works as well as employees, rich and the indegent, college students and previous students, accountants and technical engineers, Chittagonians and Noakhalians. This variety causes it to be difficult for managers to style an environment conducive in order to performance and satisfactory. 4. A belief in competition and compositeness in most aspects of life, particularly running a business.

5. A respect for that individual, regardless of competition, religion or creed.

6. A respect for authority as a result of ownership of property, professional knowledge and elected or even appointed political position.

7. The faith in logical procedures, science and technology.

8. A belief within the important of change and experimentation to locate better way of performing things.

9. A belief within an respect for education.

It's true that these along with other major beliefs have were known to rough and ready since the country has become more populous so that as social problems have pressured more government involvement within everyone’s life. It can also be true, as usually happens in most cultures, that when people’s quality lifestyle improves, their expectations for any better life tend improve even faster.
