Recruitment is often a linking function joining together those that have jobs to fill and those people seeking jobs. It is a joining process in this it tries to bring together job seekers and employer with a watch to encourages the former to get a job with the latter. The intention of recruitment is to develop a gaggle of potentially qualified people. To this specific end, the organization must project the position such that job seekers respond. To get cost effective, the recruitment process should attract qualified applicants and still provide enough information for nonqualified folks to self select themselves out and about.
